Accommodation
Please let us know your itinerary in order to arrange the
accommodation.
While in Perth you could stay at the Kings Park Motel or at
Trinity College
for budget accommodation. Please let us know if you decide for one of these since we have block
some rooms for the people attending the conference.
Alternatively you can stay at the
Ibis Hotel in Perth.
In such case you will have to do the booking yourself at their website using the code
“gravity conference” for a reduced rate. Please let us know if you decide to stay at the
Ibis Hotel since we will have a pick up service on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
During the conference in Gingin we have arranged accommodation for
everyone. Most of the people will stay at the Club Capricorn in Yanchep. A lower budget alternative is Brookside Accommodation.
There will be a pick up service to go from here to the AIGO site and a drop-off in the evening.
Please let us know how many nights you will need.
Plase let us know if you are going to the excursion in order to
arrange for your accommodation down south. At the same time we will need to know if you
will be attending the post-conference workshop after the excursion.
If you are attending the post-conference workshop we will arrange for
accommodation up in Gingin.
If you are not attending the post-conference workshop then please let
us know if you will be staying in Perth, and we will drop you at your accommodation.
Bear in mind that you will need to arrange for a late check-in since the excursion
group will come back late on the night of February 27.
